Shipping policy

Orders over $59 ship FREE, by Standard Ground shipping -- or only $7.99 for orders under $59 (in the continental US).  Expedited shipping options are also available.  All orders receive order confirmation and ship confirmation tracking emails (when email is provided).

All items ship from our Georgia warehouse. If you see an 'Add to cart' button, it means the item is in stock, and available for immediate shipping. 

All UPS orders entered by 1pm EST will ship out on the same business day. Standard Ground orders and UPS orders entered after 1pm EST will ship on the following business day.  After you enter your address, you will be able to see all your available shipping options -- and their prices.  Please see our Refund/Return policy HERE.

Orders entered over the weekend, cannot ship before Monday. Orders may be shipped by Ground, UPS Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Next-Day Air. Our current domestic shipping suppliers are the USPS and UPS. Please note: UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday as standard shipping days. When using a Next-Day Air shipping method please remember your Next-Day air package (just like any other delivery method) will not ship out until the following business day, if it is entered after 1pm EST.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur import duties upon arrival into your country.  Those duties are the responsibility of the recipient.  We have no way to calculate when those duties will be incurred, or how much they will be.  Every country has a host of import duty regulations.  And unfortunately, they are not often handled the same way twice.
