Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any merchandise in a new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full credit, refund, or exchange, but first you MUST send an e-mail to returns@rocgear.com with your intent, before you return the merchandise. We will then e-mail you back with a Return Authorization Number that you must apply to the outside of the package before you return the shipment.  If we do not receive your return within 30 days of when we supply your RA Number, the return authorization will be closed, and the item will no longer be eligible for return.

 CHRISTMAS-TIME NOTE: Orders received between November 10 and December 30, have until January 30 to request a return.

Products not in a new and unused condition are not eligible for return. Products returned without prior return authorizations or without noted return authorization numbers are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Original ground freight charges, and your return freight costs, are not refundable unless required due to a product manufacturing defect. Expedited Air freight charges are not refundable in any situation, unless they are late due to a man-made error by UPS.  If you are originally awarded free shipping on your order, and you return your order by choice within the 30-day window (or your order is returned automatically because of an error that can be traced to your actions) then any refund awarded may be reduced by a $7.99 shipping charge -- an award that you originally received because you made a purchase over $59.00.
